CMI employs skilled union plumbers and pipe fitters who provide the highest level of skill and safety. Our enthusiastic and experienced office staff is dedicated to the success of our clients. CMI primarily bids plan and spec projects throughout the state of Illinois.
a little History…
Founded in 1977 by Cecil Smith, Richard Kiger, and Norm Broshous. The original three founders have since retired, as well as three additional owners; Greg Baur, Stan Burn and Cody Weinstein. Commercial Mechanical Inc’s current owners; Pat Pryde, Jason Cook and Mike Campeggio would be happy to assist in any Mechanical Piping and/or Commercial Plumbing needs you may have.
